Social Mobilization activities of the CDP is focused on changing attitudes and behaviors, management, motivation, morale to reach a common vision for the sustainable & pro-poor development. Capacity building efforts to the targeted stakeholders of the CDP is mainly focused on developing skills, learning-by-doing, participation, ownership through training. Capacity-building efforts of the CDP are linked to capacity utilization. CDP follows the ‘3Cs’ principle (Capacity, Competence & Credibility) for supporting CBOs/NGOs and also to implement development initiatives.
