A regular and periodic monitoring by the staff members are incorporated in the organizational process so that CDP can learn about the progress and make appropriate adjustment. CDP prepares monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual reports, baseline survey reports, review reports, study/assessment reports, donors’ reports, monitoring and evaluation reports as per requirements of the organization. CDP invites external stakeholders to review and appraise the overall status of the organization. There is also a provision of periodic evaluation by the CDP and Donor partners to measure the organizational achievement and status of development intervention.
