CDP is managing multiple projects; most of the projects are usually related to one another as an ongoing process in order to achieve the organizational vision and goals. For the project implementation, project coordinator works directly under the supervision of the Executive Director. All the project processes are reviewed and monitored through monitoring meeting and field visits on monthly basis.
