CDP constitution & policies governs the organizational procedures, norms and rules. The CDP Executive Committee (CEC), headed by the Chairman, is the highest governing body of the organization and in charge of formulation of organizational policies, approving strategic direction, monitoring and evaluating Executive Director’s performance. Chairman is the Head of the Organization and Executive Director (ED) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Organization. Executive Director (ED) & Treasurer jointly manage CDP Master Bank Account. Each project/program maintains separate bank accounts in accordance with the Government &Donor partner’s financial and administrative guidelines and joint signatories run all the financial transactions.
